<p>SUBSTANCE: invention concerns field of computer diagnosing. The method consists in radiation formation in this wave band, consisting of separate partial radiations differing from each other on physical properties, a direction of the generated radiations towards object of observation (OO), reception through focalising device (FD) the radiation diffused from OO, transformation of the accepted radiation to electrical signals (ES) and formation of visually perceived OO image according to ES. Thus each separate partial radiation (PR) in addition is coded by its modulations (M), differing on parameters from M of other PR, guide PR on a diffusor (D) for reduction of their spatial coherence and-or dispersion by their various spatial parts of D for making additional PR with the additional modulation corresponding to an angle of indicence on IT. After reflexion of radiation from the OO, carry out radiation transmission on an intake which translates a gang of radiations in corresponding matrix gang ES, carry out decoding partial ES, corresponding specified PR. From each of specified ES the specified matrix gang shape partial images of matrix gangs various partial ES, and then carry out integrating of partial images or their fragments for formation visually perceived resulting object image.</p>
<p>EFFECT: detection of the masked objects irrespective of the material this object is made.</p>

Various types of pilots-signals include &#8211; the pilot-signal of a beacon, pilot-signal MIMO, a controllable basic signal or the controllable pilot-signal, and the pilot-signal bearing. For this purpose the pilot-signal of a beacon transmit through all transmitting antennas, and it can be used for timing or frequency entrapment. Pilot-signal MIMO is transmitted through all transmitting antennas, but it is coated with the various orthogonal codes, appointed to transmitting antennas. Pilot-signal MIMO can be used for a channel estimate. A controllable basic signal is transmitted in certain natural modes of channel MIMO, and it is specific to the user terminal. The controllable basic signal can be used for a channel estimate. The pilot-signal of the bearing can be transmitted through the determined sub-ranges of the antenna and can be used for tracing of a phase of a signal of the bearing. Various plans of transmission of a pilot-signal can be developed, being grounded on various combinations of the specified various types of pilots-signals.</p>
<p>EFFECT: formation of the pilots-signals approaching for use in systems MIMO, and providing support of various functions.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used for transformers and throttles production in electrical engineering, instrument-making industry and other industries. The technical result is an increased percentage of the magnetic circuit yield. The method includes rolled tape cutting into pieces at a width being equal to the width of twisted magnetic circuit and pieces winding on the package reels. At the same time, the rough edges are removed and work pieces are coiled. The last coils are welded. The mandrels are pressed into the work piece hole. Then, work pieces are annealed, calibrated and cooled. At the end, mandrels are pressed out of the work pieces. Then, work pieces are heated to 200°C and their end surfaces are coated with epoxy compound and polymerised. The work pieces are cut into two magnetic lines. The cutting surfaces are grinded.</p>
<p>EFFECT: increased percentage of the magnetic circuit yield.<br />

It can be used at manufacturing of composite products and coatings of high frequency and microwave frequency ranges for biological shielding against strong radiation, screening of rooms and equipment of anechoic chambers, resolution of interference protection and electromagnetic compatibility of electronic device, reduction of radiolocating perceptibility of different objects, devices of radio engineering and automation. Powders of carbonyl iron and electrolytic cobalt are subject to grinding in high-energy middlings in medium of spirits. Ratio liquid:powder is not lower than 1:1.5. It is received powder material with specific surface 0.2-3.5 m2/g and value of magnetic loss tangent more than 1.0 in bandwidth more than 1.5 GHz. After grinding it is implemented drying at temperature not more than 80°C.</p>
<p>EFFECT: receiving of material, which allows high microwave frequency magnetic losses, provides high performance of radio absorption, reduction of coating thickness for microwave radiation.</p>

The cascode differential amplifier (CDA) contains first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), having their incorporated bases connected to bias voltage source 3, first 4 and second 5 current stabilising two-terminal networks (CT), joined to corresponding emitters T (1) and (2) and CDA current inlets (6, 7), first (8) and second (9) two-terminal networks of the collector load joined to collectors corresponding first (1) and second (2) T and bases of first (10) and the second (11) output T, the target current amplifier (12) which inlet is connected to collector of first T (10), and the output &#8211; is related to the collector of second T (11) and CDA output (13). The scheme has first (14) and second (15) additional T which bases are joined to collectors corresponding first (1) and second (2) T, and also non-linear current divider (NCD) (16), and first (17) NCD inlet (16) is joined to the collector of first T (14), second (18) NCD inlet (16) is joined to the collector of second T (15), first output (19) of NCD (16) is connected to the emitter of first T (1), second output (20) of NCD (16) is connected to the emitter of second T (2).</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used for the production of highly stable quartz resonators and generators with inner thermostating. The production method provides for installing radio elements of generator (resonator) and quartz piezo-element by their group soldering to the board. The board is then installed to the housing basis. After that, the generator (resonator) is heated at 150°C and tuned to the operating frequency under vacuum conditions. The housing lid is vacuum tightly connected with the basis. The thermovacuum annealing of generator (resonator) at 150÷200°C is performed at the open riveted hole in the housing lid. Then, the generator is cooled to the confinement temperature (70±10) °C. The housing is vacuum confined by riveted hole soldering in the lid. After installation, the board with soldered radio elements and the housing lid with the soldered riveted hole are subject to vacuum annealing during 0.5÷2.5 hours at the temperature of solder melting (Th÷T l), where Th and T l &#8211; high and low temperature of solder melting. The thermovacuum annealing of generator (resonator) at the open riveted hole is conducted until the surface inside the generator (resonator) housing is cleaned to 6·10-5÷2.5·10 -2 tore·sm3/f·m 2 which is defined by the specific gas release value within the temperature 120-180°C.</p>
<p>EFFECT: improved efficiency, high items quality and reliability.</p>

The expedient is characterised by that periodically iterated pluralities of the interconnected time intervals in the form of several partially overlapped readout shape, shape control values for each of pluralities of time intervals, shape timing constants in the form of plurality of individual and zero signals, spot boundaries of shaped time intervals, check generated timing constants on conformity to set, change set timing constants, in tolerance limits of a mismatch of readout, change control values of time intervals according to changes of the given quoted constants, spot lack of errors of a mismatch between the changed control and target values of time intervals.</p>
<p>EFFECT: increase of reliability of time intervals multireading transformers in a code checkout.</p>

The interlacing controller carries out operation of guidance of cyclic detrusion of systematic figures from among the figures coded using a turbo coder, depending on the size of a physical package which should be transmitted, quantities of intervals of transmission and the order of modulation with equality use (K×c+k)mod R and cyclic detrusion of figures of the redundancy making the remained volume of coded figures which should be transmitted, with equality use floor {(K×c+k)/D}mod R. The interlacer cyclicly shifts input figures under control of the interlacing controller.</p>
<p>EFFECT: development of an effective method for interlacing of the figures coded using a turbo coder, in a communication system which uses a turbo coder for coding of the information of transmission for reception of the coded systematic figures.</p>

Reached technical effect consists in protection against overloads of the receiver amplifier, caused by the pulsing noise noises which duration of activity is commensurable with duration of impulses of the accepted signals. The specified effect is reached because the declared device contains consistently joined receiver, a first detector of self-acting adjustment of amplification (AA), the first amplifier and the filter, thus on a threshold inlet of the AA detector moves a delay voltage, the receiver output is joined to the receiver detector which output is a device output, and also contains the coincidence plan, noises consistently joined the filter; the second AA detector, the second amplifier, the first threshold device, which output is joined to the first inlet of the plan of the coincidence, consistently joined the signal filter, the third AA detector, the third amplifier, the second threshold device, which output is joined to the second inlet of the plan of the coincidence which output is connected to a driving inlet of the key which input is connected to an exit of the second amplifier, and the exit is joined to the first input of the adder which second inlet is connected to the filter output, and an output &#8211; to a driving input of the receiver which inlet is joined to an output of the filter of a signal, the inlet of the filter of a signal is joined to an inlet of the filter noises and is a device inlet, thus on threshold inlets of the second and third AA detectors the delay voltage moves.</p>
<p>EFFECT: protection against overloads of the receiver amplifier, caused by the pulsing noise noises which duration of activity is commensurable with duration of impulses of the accepted signals.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention deals with commutation motor (1) capable of operating at series and parallel excitation and suitable for using as a drive motor for the washing machine drum. The invention considers commutation motor with series or parallel induction, which is suitable for using, in particular, as a drive motor for washing machine drum. The motor is provided with stator (4) having even number of poles (5, 6). Above poles, there are several exciting windings (W) placed one above the other and with the start (A) and end (E) terminals. According to the invention, the exciting winding (W 1.1a, W2.1i, W3.1a , W4.1i), located on one pole (5) and exciting winding (W1.2a, W2.2i W3.2a, W4.2i) being opposite to the exciting winding (W1.1a , W2.1i W3.1a, W 4.1i) and symmetrical to the plane of corresponding pole pair symmetry (7) have equal number of coils and form exciting winding group. In addition, the starts (A) of exciting windings (W) in one group are interconnected, while the ends (E) of exciting windings (W) in the same group are also interconnected. To make the commutation motor (1) operable within the several ranges of rotation speed, the exciting winding groups are actuated by the control unit one by one or all together.</p>
<p>EFFECT: possibility of commutation motor operation within different rotation frequency ranges at minimum losses during operation.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used in stand-alone power supply systems for frequency and voltage stabilisation in source with high frequency of the generated voltage. The three-phase frequency converter with natural commutation includes three-phase-single-phase frequency converter (1) containing three pairs of thyristors (2-7) with inverse-parallel connection. The above thyristors are coupled with single-phase-three-phase transformer with rotary magnetic field (9) through the filter (8). The magnetic field includes primary winding 1 and 2 (10) and (11), phase-shifting capacitor (12), secondary windings (13-15), control system (16) with the first input being coupled with terminals to connect high frequency source and it&#8217;s neutral conductor. The second input is coupled with the secondary transformer windings with the rotary magnetic field (9). The control system consists of a synchronisation unit (17), sawtooth-voltage generator (18-20), comparators (21-23), logic elements AND (24-29), master frequency generator (30), transformer and rectifier unit (31). The first control system outputs (16) are the inputs of synchronization unit (17) having outputs 1, 2 and 3 being connected to the sawtooth-voltage generator 1, 2 and 3 (18,19, 20) inputs. At the same time generators outputs are connected with the first inputs of comparators 1, 2 and 3 (21, 22, 23). The output of comparator 1 (21) is linked with the first inputs of logic elements AND 1 and 2 inputs (24, 25). The second comparator output (22) is coupled with the first inputs of logic elements AND 3 and 4 inputs (26, 27). The output of comparator 3 (23) is coupled with the first inputs of logic elements AND 5 and 6 (28, 29) inputs. The second inputs of logic elements 1, 3 and 5 (24, 26, 28) are linked with the first master frequency generator output, while the second inputs of the logic elements AND 2, 4 and 6 (25, 27, 29) are coupled with the second output of the master frequency generator (30). The outputs of logic elements AND (24-29) are the outputs of control system (16) and connected to the corresponding control electrodes of thyristors.</p>
<p>EFFECT: increase of efficiency factor, reliable operation of three-phase frequency converter and reduced level of electromagnetic interferences.</p>

The high-voltage transformer with multi-section secondary winding used as high-voltage power supply forms the basis of the invention. Each section of the secondary winding contains serial connection of rectifying unit with capacitive filter and pulse regulator of reducing type with the additional elements. All regulators outputs are serially interconnected. The above arrangement of regulator section connection by power supply output makes the required high voltage value achievable for the process equipment. When regulators power supply with the additional elements is used in the output circuits, the electrical breakdown and arc discharges influence on electron-beam equipment operation can be avoided.</p>
<p>EFFECT: increase of process equipment effectiveness and reliability.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: technical result of the invention is achieved due to ozone generator power supply, which includes primary power supply with positive pole being connected with the first terminal of the first choke, while the negative pole is coupled with the first terminal of the second choke. Three serial resonant inverting elements implemented to semi-bridge diagram have thyristors connected to the second terminals of choke 1 and 2 through the switching choke. The points of thyristors connection are coupled with the load terminal through the switching capacitors. The second load terminal is linked with the intermediate terminal of power supply and midpoint of two serially connected inverted valves circuit. The latter circuit is connected between the second terminals of chokes 1 and 2. The load &#8211; ozone generator with barrier discharge is connected through the increasing transformer. Values of each switching choke inductivity and choke 1 and 2 inductivity are equal to 2. The value of switching capacitor capacity is equal to dielectric barrier capacity of ozone generator being reduced to the primary winding of high-voltage transformer.</p>
<p>EFFECT: limitation of over-voltages on inverting element components, barrier capacity and gas discharge clearance in ozone generator, improved effectiveness of generator operation.</p>

The terminal intermediate-frequency amplifier contains transistor (1), transformer (2), first resistor (3), second resistor (4). The first lead-out of the first resistor is joined to lead-out of the emitter of the transistor; the lead-out of datum of the transistor is an inlet of the amplifier and is joined to the first lead-out of the second resistor. Transformer windings are joined consistently. The lead-out of the beginning of the first winding of the transformer is joined to the lead-out of the collector of the transistor, lead-out of the beginning of the second winding of the transformer the amplifier being an exit, joined to lead-out of the extremity of the first winding of the transformer and with the second lead-out of the second resistor. The amplifier contains choke (5), and the first deduction of a choke is joined to the second lead-out of the first resistor, the second lead-out of a choke is joined to the amplifier case, and the deduction of the extremity of the second winding of the transformer is joined to lead-out of the emitter of the transistor.</p>
<p>EFFECT: expansion of a strip of working frequencies, increase of linearity of the amplifier.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio engineering field, namely to the antenna technics and can be used as transmitting underground antennas (UA), preferentially in low-frequency (l.f.) wave band. The UA consists from N 8 monopole antennas (MA), mounted in the chinks 1 drilled in thickness of mountain height 2, parallelly its inclines. Each chink has four MA: first 3, second 4, third 5 and fourth 6. MA 4 and MA 6 are mounted parallelly each other without dilatational and a transverse displacement. Second 4 and fourth 6 MA are executed from pieces of coaxial cable (CCP). First 3 and second 4 MA are connected accordingly to the first and second l.f. exits of the first transformer-amplifier (T-A) 7. Third 5 and fourth 6 HCB are connected accordingly to the first and second l.f. exits of the second T-A 8. In each chink 1 h.f. inputs of first T-A 7 are connected to feeding cables 9 forming a feeder circuit of h.f. signal. Feeding cables 9 are connected by cophased h.f. exits of the h.f. transmitter. The UA plan excludes l.f. misphasing of currents proceeding on MA that raises UA efficiency.</p>

The magnetic circuit consists of an external part with grooves and coaxial internal part with grooves, single-phase windings 1 and 2 and three-phase windings 1, 2 and 3 and clips for consumer connection. In addition, single-phase windings 1 and 2 are serially and in accord connected between each other and parallel connected to the source clips. They are placed in the internal part of the core and spatially shifted with regard to each other. The shift is equal to /2. Besides, the second single-phase winding end is pulled through the capacitor. The three-phase windings 1, 2 and 3 are implemented with poles quantity related to each other as 1:3:5. In addition, the three-phase windings 1 and 2 are coupled with clips for the direct consumer connection, while the third winding is coupled through the three-phase bridge rectifier. Besides, the number of grooves at both parts of core is proportional to the doubled number of the corresponding windings phases.</p>

Voltage is stable on AC buses due to the stable frequency of common shaft rotation ensured by AC electronic motor power supply voltage stability. The shaft is common for electric machines.</p>

The above-mentioned common rotor rotates freely with regard to the shaft and at the same time has two separate short-circuited windings for each stator and one common short-circuited winding for both stators. One stator is fixed to the shaft, while the other rotates together with it. The windings of the fixed stator and the stator rotating together with shaft are made up from windings of two or more unequal sections of the above stators. In addition, the minor sector of the fixed stator winding and the minor winding sector of the stator rotating together with the shaft are connected to the mains. The same connection is ensured for large sectors or next by the size sections of the fixed stator or stator rotating together with stator shaft.</p>
<p>EFFECT: increase of electromagnetic moment at smaller dimensions, while ensuring moment control.</p>

The invention may be used in plasma, X-ray and super-high frequency engineering. The technical result of the invention is an increased level of the output voltage. It is achieved by implementing viscous dielectric interlayer with specific electrical resistance and cinematic viscosity selected to the following ratios: 1012 Ohm·m 1013 Ohm·m, 75·10 -6 m2/s 2000·10-6 m 2/s on at least one side of the breakable conductor in the pulse shaper. The pulse shaper includes the above breakable conductor with dielectric jet former being situated at the different sides from the breakable conductor. The dielectric jet former is provided with cumulative grooves on the surface, which is directed to the breakable conductor. The pulse shaper also includes dielectric jet damper, blasting charge with triggering system located from the side of jet shaper and switch-mode power supply and load.</p>

According to the invention, the galvanic battery consists of housing, electrodes, electrolyte and solid depolariser. The latter is taken from the inter-electrode space. Depolarisation is conducted by the forced electrolyte movement actuated by the motor being energised from the battery itself. The battery is stored in operating state for a long period of time due to some amount of dielectric liquid introduction into the battery housing. The above dielectric liquid does not mix up with electrolyte and differs from it by density. During storage, the dielectric liquid replaces electrolyte at a certain spatial position of the battery housing.</p>

The first and the second shunts, made from well-conducting material, join corners of sector of the resonator plate circle to corresponding lateral walls of a megaphone and is provided trusty mechanical and an electrical link.</p>
<p>EFFECT: making of the broadband three-band send-receive antenna with the underload dimensions, providing effective reception and signalling with macro-and microcell structure.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the radar-tracking technics and communication equipment and can be used in radar stations for determination of target coordinates and its monopulsing direction finding on the basis of two-dimensional electronic scanning. The antenna system contains the phased antenna array (PAA) of a high-frequency range, which waveguiding radiators are united in the continuous rulers and form the regular periodic structure, and PAA of the low-frequency range which dipole radiators are located between strips of PAA of a high-frequency range, shaping rows, and radiators of both PAA form the uniform aperture of double-range antenna system with electronic control using a beam. For achievement of technical effect of PAA of a high-frequency range, it is executed with the main electrical distributor proportioning microwave energy on quadrants of the aperture, and with 2N &#8211; the sublattices making quadrants of the aperture, where N &#8211; natural number. Each of sublattices consists from double-row waveguiding electrical distributors with erected on them M ferrite phase shifters with guidance circuit changers, where M &#8211; number of exits of everyone double-row waveguiding electrical distributor, proportioning VHF-energy on waveguiding radiators. Radiators of PAA of a high-frequency range are united in K general radiation panels, where K &#8211; an integer, and each of K-panels is joined with not less than four sublattices.</p>
<p>EFFECT: decrease in level of lateral lobes and decrease prevention in an amplification constant of PAA of the VHF-range at scanning in separate angular zones at maintenance of close to limiting performances of PAA of LF-range.</p>

<p>EFFECT: increased quality of operation of an electric drive in steady state and transient conditions due to elimination of dc components in the output voltage of the autonomous inverter at subfrequencies.</p>
