<p>SUBSTANCE: invention concerns systems of a wireless communication with transmission of packages, and, in particular, to the device and the method of guidance of allocation of power to tones of a control signal in the broadcast system, transmission using the plan with multiplexing with orthogonal frequency partitioning of signals (OFDM). The device and an expedient of transmission of figures of package data in system of a mobile communication with HRPD for broadcast service are offered. The transmission processor shapes the modulated figure by means of coding, alternations and modulations of a package of physical level which should be transmitted, and disposes the modulated figure in tone of data. The block of parenthesising of tones interposes the protective tone and a tone of a control signal into the data tone. The block of allocation of power of tone erects the different relation of power of tone of a control signal to power of tone of data depending on an interval position in which the figure of package data is included, and proportions power according to the relation of power of tone of a control signal to power of tone of data, and the transmitter transmits a figure of package data.</p>
<p>EFFECT: improvement of reception of package data in system of a mobile communication with high-speed transmission (HRPD) package data.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention concerns communication technics. Quantity of intraareal noises which the terminal can cause, can be approximately estimated on the basis of the general noises which are found out by each next base station, amplifications of the channel for serving and the next base stations and current level of power of transmission. Power of transmission can go down, if the next base station finds out a high interference level, and there is otherwise. A power of transmission can be regulated on major quantity and more often if the terminal is more close to the next base station which are finding out a high interference level or if current level of power of transmission above and on the contrary. Intraareal noises are supported within the limits of admissible level by means of restriction accepted SNR for the terminal by frameworks of a range resolved for SNR.</p>
<p>EFFECT: regulation of power for a softening of intraareal noises for serving base station and interareal noises for the next base stations.</p>

The estimation method of a signal to noise relation for wireless communication signals consists that generate estimates of figures of the traffic and a pilot-signal for the accepted wireless signal on the basis of spatial signal selections, scale estimates of figures of the traffic and a pilot-signal, using spatial designing function of Wiener filtering of a signal to noise, and estimate the relation on the basis of the scaled estimates of figures of the traffic and a pilot-signal. The estimated value of the relation of a signal to noise can be used for generating of commands of guidance by power for use in a direct control of power.</p>

Memory in a processing device stores amount of subcarriers, oozed to the portable terminal, and coefficient of return discrete Fourier transformation (IDFT). The block of return instant Fourier transformation (IFFT) determines each of number of bits for coefficient IDFT and numbers of bits for data according to the amount of subcarriers. The IFFT block carries out multiplication evaluations over coefficient IDFT and data. The controller outputs a signal of a select of the mode, specifying mode of transmission or a reception mode in the IFFT block.</p>

According to the method, it is accepted a wireless signal which includes the channel of a pilot-signal and, at least, one other channel. The wireless signal is handled with use of an input stage of the multi-bypass receiver for formation of set of target signals of an input stage. The set of target signals is used in the estimation block of the channel for reception of set of estimates of the channel. Channel estimates are used for integrating of set of target signals of an input stage in an incorporated signal. The transmitted signal is estimated with use of the jack and an incorporated signal. The jack contains the filter with set of taps which adapt with use of adaptive algorithm which is used by the estimated pilot-signal. For this purpose estimated pilot-signal is oozed from the accepted wireless signal and used in adaptive algorithm.</p>
<p>EFFECT: making of the jack optimising the performances in various systems and requirements.</p>
