The cooling method of electronic items includes active cooling with the use of heat-removing cooling element 1, temperature gradient creation in the thermal pipe and heat removal from the hot side of heat-removing cooling element 2. The thermal collector may cool the items. Method of cooling simulation includes simulation of cooling and heat removal from the cooled items or components using heat-removing cooling element 1 and simulation of heat removal from the hot side of the second heat-removing cooling element. The cooled element is installed into the housing under pressure. The cooling device contains heat-removing cooling element 1 having thermal communication with the cooled item, thermal tube, heat-removing cooling element 2 and primary heat sink element. There is an evaporable liquid in the thermal tube.</p>

<p>EFFECT: adaptive change of value of parameter of quantisation (QP) and maintenance of the refined visual coding in plans variable bitrate (VBR), during too time, supporting sufficient observance set bitrate to be applicable in coding with constant bitrate (CBR).</p>

The technical effect is reached by that readout of the PID devices on scene signals register, on readout spot correcting coefficients on bias and sensitivity, correct scene readout. For pinch of accuracy of correcting coefficients change scene readout in microscanning directions.</p>
<p>EFFECT: correction on signals of a scene of heterogeneity of matrix multielement photointakes for images with the high spatial resolution, gained by means of microscanning with detrusion of a photointake of the image of a scene impinging on a matrix on half-pixel on a trajectory upwards-to the right-downwards-to the left.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention is related to telecommunications and may be used in receiving devices of synchronisation by cycles of discrete messages transmission system. Device comprises identifier of sync pulse, adder, unit of shift registers, resolver, shaper of sync pulses, counter of cycles, comparator, finder of synchronism loss threshold, unit of undistorted sync pulses permissible number selection, counter of distorted sync pulses, counter of total number of sync pulses, trigger, counter of clock pulses, element AND, unit of threshold selection, signal input, clock input and device output. Identifier of sync signal comprises shift register, detector of errors in sync group, shaper of response weight for sync signal. Resolver comprises the first comparator, memory unit, subtraction unit, the second comparator, counter of comparison, the second element AND, the third element AND, element OR. At that exit from synchronism condition is determined, when number of accumulated responses at position of true sync signal in another test cycle will be less than threshold of synchronism loss. At that in case of true distortion of synchronism in cells that correspond to position of true sync signal, there is drastic reduction of sync signal identifier responses accumulation density observed, which makes it possible to faster determine condition of system exit from synchronism, which in its turn makes it possible to reduce time required for synchronism restoration.</p>
<p>EFFECT: improved quick-action of device for cyclic synchronisation at high probability of erroneous reception of sync pulses.</p>

Planned duration is less than or equal to planning period. Planning period is time interval, on the expiry of which planner prepares planning solution. Planning period is variable, as well as planned duration.</p>
<p>EFFECT: creation of flexible planning algorithm that uses variable durations of planning to maximize coefficient of system throughput capacity utilisation.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: hearing aid comprises electronic device for processing of sound installed behind ear of person who uses hearing aid, at that device for sound processing contains microphone, electronic device for sound amplification and electronic component for processing of sound connected to microphone. Sound processing in electronic device for sound amplification and electronic component for sound amplification is programmed. Receiving device is installed inside acoustic meatus according to principle of opened ear, at that receiving device comprises loud speaker and intermediate connection part installed between receiving device and electronic device for sound processing placed behind ear. Intermediate connection part comprises electroconductive element that provides electric connection between electronic device for sound processing and loud speaker. Device contains retaining wire that branches from at least one of following elements: from intermediate connection part or from receiving device, at that mentioned retaining wire configuration is arranged so that receiving device is located in part of acoustic meatus so that receiving device does not contact with any part of external acoustic meatus of ear whenever this device is inserted into external acoustic meatus of ear.</p>
<p>EFFECT: higher efficiency and convenience of hearing aid.</p>

<p>SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electronic units, namely, to simplification of such units. In particular, invention is related to electronic ballast resistors for gas discharge lamps, at that such ballast resistors have higher scattering of heat, reduced amount of components, minimised mechanical stress in electric components and improved suppression of electromagnetic interferences (EMI). Electronic unit having vessel is arranged with sealing against effect of environment, with possibility to suppress EMI and proper thermal connection between hot electric components and external heat radiator contained in unit.</p>
<p>EFFECT: improvement of electronic units operation, improvement of electronic ballast resistances operation for gas discharge lamps, reduction of mechanical stresses in such devices, lower EMI emitted by these devices.</p>
