Substance of invention consists in generation of electric noise signal, transformation of electric noise signal into masking noise acoustic signal, at that masking noise signal used is multi-voice speech noise, which is generated from single-voice speech noises, at that single-voice speech noise is accidental sequence of elementary speech sounds in frequency range of 50-15,000 Hz with different timbre, interval between them and frequency of speech sounds use determined by phonetic composition of language specific for modern pronunciation, at that single-voice speech noises are summed into multi-voice speech acoustic noise.

EFFECT: higher reliability of operation by provision of lower syllabic articulation with account of highest sensitivity of auditory organ in frequency range of 1,500-4,000 Hz in transformation of speech signal into electric one.

SUBSTANCE: methods are described for detection of erase and power control for transmission without coding of errors detection. To detect erase, transmitter sends code words via channel of wireless communication. Receiver calculates metrics for every accepted code word, compares calculated metrics with threshold value of erase, and takes decision that received code word is “erased” or “non-erased”. Receiver dynamically controls threshold value of erase on the basis of received available code words for achievement of target level of performance characteristic. For power control, internal circuit controls power of transmission for quality maintenance (SNR) of received signal at target level of SNR. External circuit controls target SNR on the basis of status of received code words (erased or non-erased) for achievement of target erase frequency. The third circuit controls threshold value of erase on the basis of status of received available code words (“good”, “bad” or “erased”) to achieve target conventional frequency of errors.

EFFECT: proper control of transmission power concerning transmissions, when coding is not used with detection of errors.
